Returns and Exchanges:

To ensure safety and sanitary requirements are maintained Mindful Mane & Body Care, LLC does not accept returns or exchanges on any Hair Care products, Skin care products, Nail care products, Head or face coverings. Also, we do not accept any returns or exchanges on electrical items, please refer to Manufacturer’s warranty for options.

Refunds:

Only if error was due to company error then refund will be made to original form of payment and country currency that was used to make the purchase otherwise, refunds will be store credit only.

Email confirmation will be sent once refund is processed.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed from the time that we receive the request.
